Terms & Conditions Balmoral 1

  1. Venue will be leased with tables and chairs for 600
  2. All items of a personal nature are to be removed by no later than 12pm on the night of the function. All food stuff & particles are to be removed from floors & tables on the night of the function.
  3. No food Stuff to be left on the premises after function.
  4. Every effort will be made to allow for the set up of the venue a day before the function. In the event of being a booking for a day before then the keys will be handed over to the caterer by no later than 7 am on the day of the function.
  5. Cut off time for function is no later than 22:00.
  6.  Full payment to be made 4 months before the function.

A  R5000.00 refundable deposit is taken in lieu of:

  • Damage to property caused during the function or
  • In the event of a clean hall not being returned.
  1. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to property or any persons.
  2. Playground equipment use at own risk. No children under 12yrs.
  3. Children to use equipment under adult supervision at all times.
  4. Client to supply own security once hall is set up.
  5. Park at own risk.
  6. In the event of Eskom power failure a generator will supply power for maximum 4 hrs and patrons to use power sparingly.
  7. The host to provide toilet paper and towels for the toilet.
  8. No cooking in the kitchen, the kitchen is for storage and serving.
  9. Please do not throw food down the drains, dispose of food in the bins provided
  10. No dishwashing is allowed in the kitchen clean dishes to be brought and dirty dishes to be taken out.
  11. Please do not move furniture in the entrance foyer around.
  12. All internal tables to be wiped by the caters.
  13. No draping allowed on the chandeliers.
  14. Please note that the venue you book is the venue to be used you may not use the other venue or part of that.
  15. Cancelation of function.
  • The deposit will be lost if cancelation occurs.
  • The deposit as well as any payments will be lost if function is canceled within 3months of the function
